The contact list enables you to store frequently used deposit addresses. You can add, remove, or send funds to the added contacts.
To create a contact:
- Go to the profile icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen and choose “Settings”.
- Open the “CONTACTS” tab.
- Click “Add contact”.
- Choose the network that corresponds to the cryptocurrency that will be sent to the added deposit address.
- Enter the contacts name (you can name your contacts whatever you like).
- Enter the deposit address (and the destination tag if needed) and click “Save”.
A destination tag is a 9-digit figure, unique to each hosted wallet and it works as a wallet address and its name at the same time.
Go to Add Funds in the wallet where you want to receive funds, select the correct network, and copy the wallet address. The destination tag will be included at the end, if necessary.

Bank account contact for EUR:
- To add a bank account contact for EUR transactions, choose “EU BANK”.
- Enter your full legal name which must match your GateHub profile name and the name registered on the receiving bank account.
- Enter your bank account number and BIC code (please make sure to input the exact code using uppercase letters).
- Enter your Address, Post Code, City, and Country.
Bank transactions are only possible with a bank account registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted and will be rejected.
