If you forget your password, it can be reset with the help of the Recovery key.
On the sign-in page click “Forgot Password?” and type the email address you use for your GateHub account.
You will receive a “Password reset request” email.
This email is only valid for 15 minutes. After that, the token expires and the process has to be repeated.
By clicking on the “Reset password” button in your email, you will be redirected to the password reset page where you will need to provide your recovery key and your new password.
You might have to refresh the page prior to signing into your account with your new password.
