GateHub users need to contact GateHub's support team if they wish to change the phone number associated with their accounts.
To change the phone number for GateHub account users need to prove their identity and provide the old and the new phone number to our support team.

- Please note that a single photo must contain all of the aforementioned information.
- Acceptable types of ID documents are an international passport, national identification card, or driver’s license.
The identification image should be sent to the GateHub support team via email. We advise you to use our GPG/PGP encryption when sending sensitive information via email.
