GateHub users need to contact GateHub's support team if they wish to unlock their accounts.
Please follow the visual guide below for photo identification:
- Please note that a single photo must contain all of the aforementioned information.
- Acceptable types of ID documents are an international passport, national identification card, or driver’s license.
The identification image should be sent to the GateHub support team via email. We advise you to use our GPG/PGP encryption when sending sensitive information via email.
Please bear in mind that an account is locked after a certain number of unsuccessful access attempts:
- When an invalid password or 2FA code is inserted 5 times, a cooldown period lasting 15 minutes is initiated.
- After 15 minutes and another 5 failed attempts, a cooldown period lasting for 60 minutes is initiated.
- Upon an additional 5 failed attempts after the 60-minute cooldown, the account is locked due to security reasons.
