Always verify that you are using the correct address and network for the asset that you are depositing before sending; Only send ERC-20 tokens to the corresponding receiving address via the Ethereum network (ERC-20 standard). Please do not send any other currencies to the corresponding address or use other standards as GateHub only uses the ERC-20 standard. Sending an incorrect currency or using a different network may result in loss of funds. For more information, read our Crosschain recovery policy.
To deposit funds to your GateHub XRPL wallet:
- Tap the "Add Funds" button.
- Select the asset you wish to deposit (e.g., BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH, ETC, USDC, etc.).
- If you are not connected to the required gateway, you will be prompted to Connect a Gateway.
- For non-XRP assets, make sure to set the appropriate trust line if needed.
- Choose the correct network
- Left icon: Deposit the selected asset directly from its native blockchain (e.g., depositing Bitcoin from a Bitcoin wallet).
- Right icon: Deposit a GateHub-issued token that you hold elsewhere into this wallet.
- Copy the deposit address. You will see your GateHub cryptocurrency deposit address or the XRPL wallet address. Please input this as the withdrawal address on other exchanges or the destination address for your sending wallet.

The XRP Ledger protocol requires that each XRP Ledger wallet holds at least 10 XRP at all times. This is called the XRP reserve, which cannot be withdrawn at GateHub.
