    Import a wallet

    To import an existing XRP Ledger or Xahau wallet

    1. Go to "Wallet" on the menu located on the left side of the screen.
    2. Click on the wallet drop-down menu in the upper-left corner of the screen.
    3. Click "+Add Wallet".

    1. Select the Xahau or XRP Ledger wallet type you wish to import.
    2. Enter your account password if prompted.
    3. Type in your wallet name (which can be changed later).
    4. Insert your wallet secret key and click "Import".

     

    The secret key is a 29-character-long alphanumeric string starting with the letter “s”.
    Do not share your secret key with anyone and keep it in a safe place (paper copy or offline storage).

     

    To retain access to your current XRP Ledger wallet

    1. Go to "WALLET" (to see how to switch between the wallets, please see the article Wallet type and switching between wallets).
    2. Click "Advanced".

    1. Under "XRPL Settings," click on the "SECRET KEY" field.
    2. Type in your GateHub password.
    3. Store your key in a safe place.

    Secret keys can only be viewed on the web version of our platform and are not accessible via the GateHub app.
