Before registering
We highly recommend that you enable 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) for the email account, designated as the GateHub login address. 2FA is an extra security layer for your account using a two-step authentication method. To learn more about 2FA, please read the articles about 2-Factor Authentication here.
We also advise you to read and follow the security instructions to help secure your account and funds.
- Navigate to gatehub.net. We advise you to bookmark this URL for future use (why is this relevant?).
- Click on the "Sign Up" button.
To register a GateHub account, follow the steps below:

Sign up
- Enter your email address and type in your new password.
Choose a unique and complex password (must be at least 12 characters long, ideally composed of upper and lowercase letters, digits and symbols).
- Check "I wish to receive emails on product updates, promotions and new features" - optional.
- Check "I have read and agree with the terms and conditions" - mandatory.
- Click “SIGN UP”.
- Save your “Recovery key” and store it in a safe place (offline storage or paper copy). The Recovery key is generated only once and cannot be recovered later.
- Go to your email inbox and look for our “Welcome to GateHub!” email and click “Activate account”. This email is only valid for 24 hours.

First login
- Sign in with your login email and password.
- Choose the account type:
Click “Individual” if you wish to use the GateHub account as an individual user (for personal use).
Click “Company” if you intend to use the account for business purposes (option intended for small to medium enterprises f.e. LTD, funds, LLC, GmbH, B.V., etc).
Please make sure you have chosen the correct account type before entering the telephone number. Once chosen, the account type cannot be changed. If you chose the wrong account type, please see the article:

Entering a mobile phone number
To enter your mobile phone number: Select the pertinent country, and then input your mobile phone number without the country code.
Make sure to submit a mobile phone number that can receive an SMS from abroad.
Account verification
To be able to make Crypto transactions with your GateHub account or have the ability to make bank (FIAT) transactions your account has to be verified. Secure your GateHub account
It is mandatory to enable 2FA for your account. This is an additional security measure to ensure you are the only one who can access your wallet. Once 2FA is enabled, you will be prompted to input the verification code generated by the authentication app on your mobile device upon signing into your account.
