Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be rejected. Please note that you can only deposit funds from the bank account registered under the same name as the verified GateHub account.
How to deposit EUR to your GateHub wallet:
- Go to “Wallet” on the left menu.
- Select the wallet you want to deposit into (blue drop-down menu in the upper-left corner of the screen).
- Click the "Add Funds" button on the left.
- Select “EUR” and select the "Bank" network for a SEPA deposit to receive the required bank transfer information.
- Use the information in the transaction form to deposit from your bank account:

"Deposit to "017-XXXXXXXXX". Ensure that you add your wallet's 9-digit reference number.
This is your unique reference number that ensures that the funds are sent to the correct wallet. - The purpose of the transaction must be trade-related. Do not select something unrelated.
- The minimum deposit amount is 10 EUR. The SEPA deposit is fee-free.
The processing time for SEPA transfers takes between 1 to 3 workdays. Delays are possible. Transaction time depends on the bank system.
We support payments via cryptocurrency and bank transactions. Please note that we do not support payments made through PayPal or non-EU residents' credit cards.
Please bear in mind that a valid international passport is required in case of a bank transaction for users outside the EU.
