With the rejected video verification for an individual account, you will not be able to trade, exchange or transfer gateway-issued currencies.
In order to pass the verification, the submitted verification video must be in compliance with the KYC demands.

For successful video verification, you will need a valid identification document. Please note that you must provide the type of document that is required of you (for example - if a passport is required and you provide a drivers' license, the platform will not let you continue the verification process).
When recording the identity verification video you will need:
- A well-lit place.
- Your original document, valid and without covers.
- Wi-Fi connection or maximum 4G coverage.
We suggest you review the provided profile information if they are up to date and correspond with the information on the provided identification document.
You should have also received an email with details about why your verification request was rejected and what you should change in your profile to have your account verified.
