An account can show one of the following statuses:
Your verification request is currently waiting for our verification team to be either approved or rejected.
One or more KYC requirement was not fulfilled and our verification team has rejected your request.
You should have received an email with details about why your request was rejected and what you should upload/change in your profile to have your account verified.
Your request for account verification has been approved and your account verified.
Please note that with updating your personal information after your account has been verified, you may have to resubmit your identification and proof of residancy document.
