When you use an incorrect password or enter an incorrect 2FA code too many times at the sign in, your account will be temporarily disabled for security reasons.
Disabling your account takes place in three stages:
- When you insert an invalid password 5 times, you are not able to log in for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, if you fail again 5 times, you will not be able to log in for 1 hour.
- Following another 5 failed attempts after an hour has passed, your account is locked and you will need to contact our support team to unlock it.
