If your account is showing rejected gateway status, you have not met all the requirements for the KYC verification process.
With the rejected gateway status you will not be able to trade, exchange or transfer gateway issued currencies.
We suggest you review the provided profile information if they are up to date and corresponding with the information on the provided ID and proof of residency document.
You should have also received an email with details about why your request was rejected and what you should upload/change in your profile to have your account verified.
