Some of our users have received an email from firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com asking them to disclose their account information.
The emails are malicious and did not come from GateHub. GateHub will never ask for sensitive account information via email (like the user's recovery key or wallet balances).
The subject line of phishing emails might be similar to:
"Important information regarding your GateHub account"
Emails instruct users to send some of their account information like wallet balances or old recovery keys in order to avoid getting their accounts disabled. Do not send any of this information to the mentioned emails.

What you should do
- Ignore the instructions in the email.
- Forward the email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We strongly advise against saving your sensitive information in your email or any other online storage.
