An account can show one of the following statuses:
Your account verification request has been accepted. No additional personal information or documents are needed for the time being.
Your verification request is currently waiting for our verification team to be either approved or rejected.
One or more KYC requirement was not fulfilled and our verification team has rejected your request. This decision is not final. You should have received an email with details about why your request was rejected and what you should upload/change in your profile to have your account verified.
