Update May 26, 10 p.m. UTC: The issue has been fixed, deposits are now processed normally.
May 26, 10 a.m. UTC
We are having a technical issue with Ethereum-based deposits. The issue started around May 24 09:30 UTC and affects Ethereum deposit addresses created by our users after this time.
Deposits to such addresses are delayed.
Ethereum withdrawals are not affected.
Deposits to addresses created before May 24 09:30 UTC are also not affected.
We are investigating the issue and will post updates here.
All pending deposits will eventually be processed.
- I'm waiting for my deposit! What should I do?
Please accept our apologies for the delay. We will process the deposit eventually. We thank you for your patience.
- I want to withdraw my funds!
Withdrawals are being processed normally; feel free to withdraw at any time.
- I want to deposit ETH/ETC/REP. What should I do?
If you created your Ethereum deposit address before May 24 09:30 UTC, you are fine - go ahead and send the funds. (You can try with small amounts first is you are not sure about this.) If you created your deposit address more recently, or haven't yet, you may want to consider first exchanging your funds for another currency like BTC or XRP (e.g. via ShapeShift) and depositing this.
