Update May 25 12:30 UTC: While there is no backlog of Bitcoin transactions at GateHub at the moment, it is possible that the issues re-appear in the following days. We are continually working to improve the situation.
Please have patience. All transactions will be processed eventually.
Update May 22, 20:00 UTC: The issues on the Bitcoin network (see below) seem to have reappeared. Please have patience. All transactions will be processed eventually.
Update May 17 16:00 UTC: GateHub now processes Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals normally. We've also cleared the transaction backlog from the past two days. We are upgrading our services to handle periods of high Bitcoin network congestion better.
However, The Bitcoin network itself is still in the state of extremely high congestion and some transactions still take a very long time to confirm.

Today, the Bitcoin network congestion at an all-time high. The number of unconfirmed transactions on the Bitcoin network is higher than ever:
Bitcoin transactions don't get confirmed for many hours, even those with fees that were deemed high only yesterday.
Due to the way we process transactions at GateHub, this affects not only Bitcoin withdrawals but also Bitcoin deposits. We are working on finding a solution for the problem as soon as possible.
In the meantime, some Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals will be delayed for several hours or more. No funds have been lost, but some will be delayed.
I am waiting for my BTC withdrawal/deposit to be processed. What can I do?
Unfortunately there is nothing else to do but wait. We will process all Bitcoin transactions eventually.
I want to deposit/withdraw some BTC! What should I do?
- You can wait a few days until the situation on the Bitcoin network gets better and try then.
- You can exchange your BTC for another currency (such as ETH, XRP or even EUR or USD) and transfer that.
We will publish updates about the situation here.
